Tommy Godwin Sportive - 23rd September 2018

The Tommy Godwin Challenge sportive was set up in 2013 to honour the memory of 1948 Olympic cycling medallist Tommy Godwin.  All profits go to fund the West Midlands Marie Curie Hospice in Solihull where Tommy spent his last few days. So far we have raised over £60,000.
There are three routes, 30, 73 and 100km. The 30km ride is for families and the less experienced cyclists. The more challenging 100km sportive route and the intermediate 73km sportive route both have a refreshment stop and timing.

The Blue Dot Radio Player

We spin the choons, you spin your legs ;)

Several Blue Dot Radio DJ’s are keen cyclists, runners and triathletes and have participated in numerous charity events. This keen sporting background has resulted in a large database of listeners to our radio shows, many from within the cycling, running and triathlon communities. Whether it be to listen to their favourite DJ spinning their favourite tracks or listening out and participating in the latest prize competition. Blue Dot Radio is proud of its unique strong, and ever-increasing connection with those who participate in cycling, running and triathlon.

So why don’t we reminisce together, back to the days when vinyl ruled the airwaves. So, sit back, singalong or even dance with each of the musical jems played on Blue Dot Radio.
